Job Duties:The role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to: Collaborating with Nebraska employers to identify out-of-state talent for attraction efforts. Identifying industries and geographic areas with talent aligned with Nebraska's workforce needs. Lead efforts with multiple partners to drive consensus towards common goals of talent attraction and retention. Assisting in planning, promoting, and executing talent attraction events. Promoting Nebraska as an ideal place to live, work, and thrive. Contributing to the creation of visually engaging talent attraction materials and campaigns. Managing programs for The Good Life is Calling. Supporting attraction and retention projects with specific human capital needs. Maintaining and updating talent attraction resources. Undertaking other duties as assigned within the classification scope.

Requirements / Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any discipline related to the work assigned and three years of related experience. Experience may substitute for education on a year for year basis.

Preferred Qualifications: Proven track record in developing and implementing strategies, preferably for workforce initiatives. Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, with the ability to translate organizational goals into actionable plans. Project management skills, with the ability to oversee projects from conception to completion. Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to inform strategic decision-making and measure campaign effectiveness.

Other: This position involves travel; therefore, a valid driver's license or another form of reliable transportation is necessary. Regular and reliable attendance is required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Knowledge of Nebraska workforce trends. Skill in effective communication, program management, and data analysis. Ability to implement and monitor projects, lead teams, and deliver presentations.
