Pay Grade/Pay Range: 54 Hourly (non-exempt) - Minimum - $ 11.64 Midpoint - $ 15.48

Department/Organization: 505171 - Supply Store - Ferguson

Normal Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, some weekends & extended hrs.

Job Summary: The Web Sales Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the Supply Store's Web/mail order operations.

Additional Department Summary: This position is responsible for assisting with the Supply Store's Web/mail order operations by processing orders through Web Prism and assisting customers. This position will be the backup position for the Asst Director-Web Venue. This position will assist with changes to the Store's Website - adding and deleting products from the site and other informational/advertising changes. This position will assist with determining product selection for the site. This position will assist with supervising web/mail order personnel and in preparing weekly schedules. This position will assist with external web sites.

Required Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or the equivalent and a minimum of two years of experience in a hospitality environment, sales, or customer service environment; OR Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.

Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Will require some weekend & extended hours.

Skills and Knowledge: Strong computer knowledge. Familiar with Windows, Excel, and Word. Good customer service skills. Good communication skills. Good merchandising skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Prefer applicants to have extensive customer service experience and skills in a retail environment that parallels the functions of this position. Photoshop experience preferred. Register experience preferred.
