Responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to Fiduciary Officers, Retirement Plan Services Specialists and Wealth Advisors in Wealth Management.

The primary location for this role is in North Manchester, IN

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

• Answering phone calls and directing calls to the proper person.

• Filing and other clerical tasks necessary to maintain the office.

• Providing word processing and other systems support and creation of documents.

• Completing and assisting for completion various tasks within the appropriate systems (e.g. AddVantage) as instructed by supervisor or Officer supported.

• Other tasks as directed by supervisor.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed to Perform Essential Functions of the Job:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in professional environment.

• High School diploma

• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other general operating systems.

Preferred Knowledge and Skills: • Level of Complexity and Scope: Ability to balance and reconcile daily work is critical to success in this position. Accuracy and timeliness when entering transactions for client requests and the ability to interact with high net-worth clients professionally are priority.

Degree of Independence and Decision-Making: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to follow policy and procedures to process daily work

Required Supervisory Responsibilities: •

Physical Requirements:

• Occasionally lifts and carries up to 10 lbs.

• Occasionally stands and drives.

• Frequently sits and walks.

Compliance Statement: The associate is responsible for meeting all compliance requirements imposed on First Financial Bank by State and Federal law and regulation, as well as all related First Financial Bank policies and procedures. This includes all Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, OFAC and Suspicious Activity reporting requirements, as well as all other lending and deposit compliance requirements.
