SUMMARY: Warehouse Administrator
As part of the warehouse & logistics team, responsible for fulfillment of daily order requests for service and install, inbounding all warehouse shipments, issuing parts and supplies to field technicians, submitting regular restocking requests, supports outboard shipping for service, and install, and assisting with inventory control. Works with field operations, procurement, other branch warehouses, and suppliers to ensure internal and external customer needs are met.

- Ensure parts orders are completed on time and correctly based on information received from service and sales.
- Receiving all inbound shipments; ensure department-specific shipments are delivered to appropriate recipients.
- Manage daily email communication between Warehouse, Logistics, Procurement, Sales, and Service.
- Process outbound shipping for service and installation;
- Maintains necessary quantities of stock inventory.
- First point of contact for service technicians to resolve inventory and supply issues.
- Assist with company-wide shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes.
- Other tasks and duties assigned by management
- High School Diploma or Equivalent. A college degree is a plus!
- Proficiency with MS Office products (Excel, Word, etc.);
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Self-directed, with the ability to operate independently of regular direct supervision;
- Ability to work well within a cross-functional team environment.
