The Vice President for Enrollment Management provides overall leadership and strategic direction to admissions, financial aid, and Student Transition and Registration Team (START). Reporting to the President, the Vice President for Enrollment Management will serve as the College's strategic and policy leader on matters related to student recruitment, admissions, retention, and enrollment. Serves as a member of the President's Cabinet, particularly representing the needs required to sustain or grow enrollment. The Vice President will lead in a transparent and open manner, and work closely and collaboratively with other areas of the college including academic affairs, administration and finance, athletics, college relations, information technology services, student affairs, CSC Foundation and Alumni to advance enrollment growth and mission of the College. Incumbent will take a systematic and data-driven approach to anticipating the changing higher education landscape, demographic shifts, and student needs.
