Description: Role: UX Researcher
Duration: 08+ Months
Mode: Hybrid
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Conduct research supporting teams across Product development.
- Utilize a range of methodologies, depending on business needs: usability, longitudinal studies, benchmarking, metrics analysis, and much more.
- Support research findings to diverse audiences through written reports and oral presentations
- Conduct research at different phases of the product development lifecycle which spans from ideation through post-launch
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Experimental Psychology, Anthropology, Information Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. MA/MS preferred.
- Experience with research design utilizing various methods (e.g., usability studies, contextual inquiry, surveys, etc.).
- Product research experience in an applied research setting.
