User Experience Designer III

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a User Experience Designer III in Seattle, Washington (WA).

REQUIREMENTS:

• A Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related degree (Nice to have)
• 7+ years of design experience, data visualization, dashboards, reports (Example: Finance, bank, insurance internal tools (Smart Sheet) anything that would provide experience with this
• Experience creating prototypes or highly detailed wireframes for complex web applications; Ability to deliver a long-term UX vision, with an iterative plan to actualize that vision over time in a rapid, iterative design and development environment
• Experience with UX design for complex workflows and/or for technical end users
• Demonstrated history of acquiring user data (e.g., conducting usability studies, performing user research)
• Disqualifiers: Only experience is working in VR or visual design will probably not fit this skill set
• Performance indicators: Fluency in best practices for information architecture and interaction design, user-centered design process, as well as good knowledge of user experience principles and techniques
• A desire and ability to work with an incredibly diverse and talented team
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with an ability to present to and influence other designers, PMs, and senior executive management
