Position Summary
The University is proud of the intellectually rigorous curriculum we offer students across all terms, including Interterm. In addition to the smaller class sizes, students are attracted to the international and domestic travel course options offered during Interterm sessions. During Interterm, we encourage faculty to teach courses that are tailored to smaller class sizes, that include strong project-based work, active learning environments, experiential learning, and community engagement. Instructors may offer on campus, online, or travel courses during Interterm. Elective courses and select required courses may be offered. Required courses may have stipulations and restrictions that elective courses do not. For example, Common Curriculum courses must meet for a minimum of forty hours over a period of three weeks or more. Any foreign language course or Writing course must meet for at least four weeks. Course Rate
The rate per seminar will be $900-$5,500.
The University of Denver has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what the University may pay for the position at the time of posting. The University may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal salary equity considerations, and available market information, but not based on a candidate's sex or any other protected status.
