Responsibilities

The Unit Support Associate functions under the direction of the Resource Technologists or Site Manager. Assists clinical staff when performing examinations provides patients transportation, helps maintain exam rooms, assists distributing reports. Providing safe, age appropriate care to the patients in accordance with Policy and Procedures. Maintains good working relationships with managers, staff, physicians and their staff. Must be able to work flexible hours to meet department needs.

Qualifications

Required Minimum Education: HS degree or equivalent
Required Minimum Experience: Experience: Prefer hospital/medical experience. Basic computer skills required
Required Skills: : Ability to read and speak the English language. Must demonstrate good communication skills and
handwriting. Must display a positive attitude. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills; Ability to collaborate
with other health care providers in the provision of patient care; Ability to multi-task essential; Ability to function in
stressful and emergency situations essential; Strong detail orientation required; Computer skills required; Personal
time management skills are required. Must be BLS certified by AHA standards
