GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the general direction of the Director of Technical Support and direct supervision of the Lead Technical Support Technician, the Technology Support Technician, will be responsible for the daily maintenance, support and activities associated with the college's technology environment. The Technical Support Technician will install and/or support computer, networking, communication equipment and software for faculty, staff and student labs as outlined by department guidelines.
