RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Technical Analyst IV in Mountain View, CA.Summary:The Data Analytics & Science team drives user growth and retention using product insights and marketing channel optimization for the Small Business Group. We are an exciting, growing, and fun team that works with industry-leading analytics tools, techniques, and best practices. The Marketing Analytics group is looking to expand its capabilities in the data engineering, machine learning, and data analytics realm to work closely with analysts, engineers, and marketersREQUIREMENTS:
- Strong foundation in basic Statistics (fundamentals)
- Exceptional SQL skills and experience working with granular web clickstream data and behavior tracking tools
- Experience with large scale data warehouses - preferably with databases like Redshift
- Excellent knowledge of database/data structures and pipelines
- Experience with data instrumentation, interpretation, and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik Sense, Adobe Analytics)
- Experience working with Hadoop, Hive, Spark, and data tools in AWS
- Experience running web experiments using hypothesis testing (multivariate A/B testing)
- Experience using python for scripting/data analysis (plus)
- Can-do attitude, hands-on approach, passionate about data and generating insights
- Extensive experience dealing directly with internal stakeholders regarding their data needs
- Knowledge of Machine Learning is a plus
- Are open to long term CW roles; These are not contract to hire
- Have great communication skills for the work you will be doing
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
