Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Team Member Services representatives must keep both the station goals and employee expectations in mind when completing their daily tasks. Everyone is responsible to meet or exceed all performance goals. Monitor phones and re-direct calls. Maintain employee personnel files. Create daily work rosters, database entry, payroll processing. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative experience in a busy office environment
  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work independently meeting specified deadlines
  • Ability to work well with all levels of management and support staff
  • Advanced ability with Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent writing and speaking skills
  • At least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Computer skills to include QIK, MS Access Database
  • Familiarity with Roster Apps
  • Knowledge of basic airport procedures and fundamental job requirements for gate and ramp agents
  • Current Piedmont employee with a minimum six months of service

Work Environment:
  • Standard office environment, use of computers and other office equipment
  • Airport ramp environment, subject to varied weather conditions and elevated noise levels
  • All shifts including weekends, nights, holidays and/or irregular shifts

Physical Requirements:
  • Frequent stooping, bending, kneeling, walking, standing, reaching, lifting, climbing up and down stairs
  • Frequently handle objects up to 25 pounds
