Are you our next Talent and Learning Lead?

The Talent and Learning Lead will partner with Global Talent Center of Excellence (COE), HR Business Partners and global customers for the deployment and delivery of Talent and Learning (T&L) initiatives. This role will act as change agent for the business on overall talent vision drivers and T&L programs and initiatives and will also feed COE experts with business insights to drive customer centric solutions.

What will you do?

Manage the effective and efficient design and delivery of talent initiatives including:

  • Performance Management: Program schedule coordination, design, and deployment of materials.
  • Talent Mapping deployment and coordination in partnership with HR Business Partners.
  • Subject matter expertise and support for site/function specific talent initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong, positive, effective working relationships and partner closely with business to anticipate organizational talent needs and identify actions.

Actively contribute to the delivery, communication, and measurement of short- and long-term business strategies and plans in alignment with the broader delivery of enterprise-wide HR programs and functions, including employee engagement, talent management, leadership development, career management, people leader effectiveness, and other people development initiatives. Facilitate use and understanding of talent resources as it relates to meeting deliverables across the business unit. Liaise with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and HR Shared Services as appropriate. Employ a variety of communication strategies to ensure this workforce is receiving information in a timely and effective manner.

Lead various talent-related projects and make recommendations for change based on external research, internal best practices, and desired business outcomes.

Design and implement Talent Mapping framework, processes, and tools. Lead and implement Key Talent Development initiatives which will include:
  • Succession Planning - drive succession planning guidance for HR Business Partners and partner with stakeholders on action planning
  • Career Mapping -develop tools, governance framework and structure
  • Assessments - strategy and vendor management
  • Accelerated Development Programs - strategy and vendor management
  • Coaching/Mentoring - strategy and vendor management
  • Change Management - ensure change management plans for People Leaders and employees are developed and implemented for each talent program

Liaise with SSC, HR Business Partners, and COE experts to guarantee end to end process implementation. Work as Change Agent for all talent and learning programs and initiatives for HR Business Partners and assigned business areas. Other job duties and projects as assigned.

What will you need?
  • Bachelor's degree with a preferred major in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in human resources, talent acquisition, talent management and/or engagement
  • Knowledge of general HR systems and processes
  • Experience with HR analytics
  • Experience in delivering and executing HR projects, programs, and process improvements
  • Ability to measure the impact of talent management programs and initiatives preferred
  • Exposure to or knowledge of Assessment Instruments such as MBTI, DiSC, 360's, EQ, team assessments preferred
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills
  • Strong listening skills
  • Strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills
  • Strong organizational skills and a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively navigate a highly matrixed organization
  • Ability to adapt to a continually changing business and work environment and manage multiple priorities

  • Ability to effectively work and build relationships with employees at all levels within the organization
  • Proven team building skills

  • Ability to travel within North America up to 20% of time
  • Strong computer skills, which includes proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Teams
