Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Talent Acquisition Specialist job in Orlando, FL.

  • Type: Fulltime (40 hours / week) contract
  • Length: 5 months
  • Shift/Hours: 8A - 5P
  • Location: Remote
  • Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Proactively source, build, and maintain a stream of qualified active and passive candidates through various recruiting and sourcing techniques.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to source qualified diverse candidates to meet requirements for positions from internal, external and/or referral candidate pools.
  • Develop and executive contemporary searches to expedite candidate identification.
  • Conduct thorough phone screens and interviews to evaluate applicant qualifications and job requirements.
  • Support programs and process to find top talent across the Americas
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HRBP with all phases of interviewing & hiring.
  • Develop an extraordinary candidate experience; maintain the Edgewell employment brand
  • Ensure interviewers and candidates have all necessary information to be successful
  • Support design and rollout of talent acquisition programs and process.
  • Applicant tracking system administration and support of metric reporting.
  • Attend networking and professional events, as well as career fairs as necessary
  • Build and maintain robust pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Produce reports and performance metrics on applicant flow, trends and results.
  • Qualifications for this Talent Acquisition Specialist:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 8 + years of experience in the field or in a related HR field
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within recruiting
  • Experience working in a multinational organization is preferred
  • Experience with SharePoint and background check system Hireright
  • Experience with HRIS systems a plus
  • Experience developing relationships with a variety of people and backgrounds
