Job Description

DUTIES:

Convert Functional specification into detail technical specifications in JD Edwards ERP system and Oracle ASCP process.

Design and Configure systems in core Supply chain process, ex: Inventory, Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, in JD Edward ERP systems.

Configure Supply chain planning and Demand planning requirements in Oracle ASCP tool.

Unit testing and system integration testing after development is complete.

Monitor daily/weekly jobs in JD Edwards and ASCP systems and take immediate actions during North America business hours to support business continuity specifically related to critical manufacturing plants in North America region.

Develop automations in Manufacturing, Procurement, and Quality cause analysis issues in JD Edwards and ASCP tools related to Manufacturing, planning, procurement, inventory, and quality modules specifically for North America sites.

Participate in setting up new manufacturing and Distribution plants in North America region, design and configure JD Edwards system to support the implementation.

Work with Quality Assurance to assess validated systems for SXO and FDA compliance.

Work with internal and external auditors, provide manufacturing and inventory, cycle count data required for quarterly and annual audit.

TRAVEL:

Up to 10% travel required domestic and international. Telecommuting Employee: Reports to company headquarters in Waltham, MA. Can work remotely or telecommute.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or related occupation. Employer will also accept a Master's degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or related occupation as an equivalent alternative.

Required knowledge or experience with:

EDI Transactions - 850, 855, 856, and 860 Transactions;

Integration Tools Create form! for business documents, TRAX system for PPS process, Hubspan for B2B connections, OFM middleware tools, and web methods;

SQL, Microsoft Visio, Office Suites, SNOW, HPPM, DEMANTRA, ASCP, Plan View, HPALM, Agile PLM Interface, JIRA, and AWS;

Oracle JD Edwards Enterprise One in the following Modules: Manufacturing and Planning, Procurement, Quality, Sales, Inventory Management, and Distribution; and

Developing automation using UI Path in Manufacturing, Procurement, and Quality process for improved productivity
