What We Are Looking For

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for training maintenance staff in safety, quality workmanship, good housekeeping, and other skills on all equipment within the facility. They will develop confident relationships with all personnel and organize and manage work teams. The Supervisor must continuously oversee and improve preventive maintenance compliance, equipment reliability, housekeeping, and maintenance skill levels.

What You Will Do

• Manage work of the maintenance team
• Train, evaluate, and motivate employees
• Oversee electrical and mechanical equipment installations, machinery modifications, upgrades, and fabrications
• Coordinate, execute, and verify preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Develop and oversee process improvement projects focused on waste reduction
• Coordinate works with contractors

What You Will Bring

• High School Diploma required
• Certifications preferred: journeyman electrician, pipefitter
• 4+ years of facilities and equipment maintenance experience to include conveyor belt systems, electrical/mechanical systems or PLCs, HVAC, and lighting
• Leadership experience/capabilities
