In this role, you will be responsible for following AZ's financial policies, handling people resources to policy requirements and establishing and running department and spare part budget. You will optimize performance outcomes of staff and ensure individuals clearly understand the contribution they make. You will serve as asset management and computerized maintenance management system software applications technical authority during internal and regulatory audits. You will apply Lean to continuously improve and simplify department's standard ways of working and eliminate waste. You will also write, review, and revise SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for Facilities and Engineering.

Essential Skills/Experience:
- Associate degree
- 2-5 years supervisory experience in Pharmaceutical, Biologics, or similar regulated manufacturing operation.
- Knowledge of GMP equipment, utility, and instrumentation maintenance

Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Budgetary development and management or supervision experience.
- Inventory Management and Implementation of Lean Concepts/5S
- Bachelor's degree in business, Science, or IT field.
- Facility management or equipment design experience.
