Summary:
Prepares and maintains schedules for designated areas to ensure 24-hour staffing coverage.
Detailed responsibilities:
• Calculates and prioritizes needs based on ratios, staffing grids and information from the supervisory staff.
• Receives and screens visitors and telephone calls, and handles general inquiries.
• Completes all computer records and reports associated with scheduling and staffing.
• Establishes and maintains filing systems. Orders and stocks supplies.
