Treasury, Senior Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Treasury Analyst to support our growing Treasury function. This position will report to the Treasury Operations Manager and will be a key contributor to the Treasury organization overseeing risk management, the processing, reporting and forecasting of the Company's day-to-day cash management functions, developing efficiencies and documenting processes, and working cross functionally across finance and the broader business.

  • Oversee daily cash process including wire approval.
    • Special payments review of details
    • Manage manual payments, payroll and others
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures, including identifying and implementing improvements to mitigate risk and streamline processes as well as ensuring procedures are updated.
  • Review daily cash functions
  • Manage company liquidity and prepare/update daily and short-term cash forecasts.
  • Responsible for all BOA account maintenance items - ensure all accounts are setup with same services, add ACH to BOA CashPro.
    • Adjust existing accounts
    • Assist working with closing legacy accounts
  • Liaison with Shared Services for daily cash issues as well as new processes - examples include Credit Card processing questions and set up on portals, BOA check printing and implementing file transmissions for payments.
  • Back up weekly forecasting as needed.
  • Assume various projects
    • Inhouse netting Bellin
    • Training for US
    • Set up accounts in Bellin
    • Assist with new Factoring contract

Job Requirements
  • BA or BS - preferably in accounting, finance, or economics and / or 7-10 years Treasury experience.
  • Broad understanding of banking services, standards, best practices, clearing systems, and payment technologies
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across the organization
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with analytical prowess
  • Strong organization skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to perform ad hoc process improvement project management
  • Knowledge of treasury principles, policies and practices.
  • Demonstrated critical conceptual and intellectual skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify potential risks associated with a proposed business initiative and recommend alternative actions. Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
