Responsibilities:

Ensure component and system designs implement Design for Reliability methodologies, and lead application of emerging methodologies for developing reliable new technology and Software.

Collaborate with Engineering, Product Validation, and suppliers to verify Reliability of Electrical Hardware, Software, and Battery Electric Vehicle components and systems.

Continuously improve internal standards, procedures and establish new standards for Electrical, Electronics, and Software Reliability.

Lead pilot projects for planning, assessing, and implementing reliability for new technologies.

Analyze reliability data to support programs, where required, and utilize all sources of data to plan and improve reliability.

Teach and train Electrical / Electronic engineers in the application of Design for Reliability (DFR) tools and methodologies, and Reliability Verification.

Accountable for the achievement of reliability roadmap working with PD leadership and Engineers.

Impact is broad influencing reliability of Electrical / Electronic components and systems including SW for Agricultural and Construction Equipment globally.

The annual salary for this role is $99,000 - $150,000 and is eligible for the company bonus plan. (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronic Engineering or Computer Science

10 plus years of experience in the field of Electrical / Embedded System Reliability

Travel up to 20%

Preferred Qualifications of the ideal candidate

Master's Degree in Reliability or Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Computer Science

ASQ CRE or equivalent

Experience in Battery Electric Vehicle reliability

Proficient in Reliability methodologies as applied to Electrical / embedded systems
