The base salary range for this position is dependent upon experience and location, ranging from 80% of lowest region to 100% of highest region.

Salary: $111,544.00 to $139,431.00
Purpose:
With limited supervision, develop and support IT system solutions daily
and for various projects through technical planning, designing
solutions based upon business and technical requirements, testing,
quality assurance, and assisting customers with IT services.
Applies knowledge to make recommendations, present alternatives, and
implement best course of action in providing technical
solutions. Keeps current with emerging technology and proactively
pursues learning opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducts day to day administration for Microsoft 0365, Intune mobility, email protection systems and Copilot
- Support 0365 technology integration in Avangrid applications and tools, including internet messaging environments
- Responds to customer needs including problem tickets and service requests.
- Works independently to resolve complex issues.
- Trains backup staff as required.
- Provide on call support as required.
- Manages vendor to drive services and solutions in timely manner
- Acts as Technical Project Manager as required.
- Determines project tasks and estimates while adhering to project schedule and scope.
- Report on progress to manager or supervision.
- Oversee Teams and 0ffice 365 sharepoint sites, user access, and application deployment(including third-party solutions, application conversion and possible integration with global ERP business system). Assumes a lead role in advocating data repository cloud based solutions in the company.
- Configure and administer Intune mobile technologies deployed in both Apple IOS and Android environments
- Support all disaster recovery operations and backup procedures.
- Subject-matter expertise in Microsoft Office 365 cloud based as well as a familiarity Microsoft copilot technologies (Edge and M365 components).
- Advanced Active Directory Administration (GPO, OU, Domain Controllers, etc). Advanced Identity Management and ADFS Exposure.
- Proven design, planning and implementation experience with Office 365 products
- Strong understanding of Cloud data Architecture Demonstrated knowledge of integrating documents stored in cloud and migrating non structured data from on-prem to 0365 based cloud solutions
- Experience in other collaboration tools such as anti-virus/anti-spam appliances and/or applications, archiving solutions, mobility solutions or real-time collaboration solutions a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), and presentation skills.
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle methods.
- Must be able to work successfully in a demanding environment with short deadlines.
- Self-starter and able to manage expectations with users.
- Must be highly customer service oriented.
Qualifications: (minimum qualifications for assignment to this job)
Education: BS/BA Degree Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science or other technical
discipline.
Requires at least three years work experience with
Microsoft 0365 and Intune administration tools.
Microsoft Certifications in related filed are highly preferred
