The Sr. Product Owner is a key leader of the US Patient Support implementation and Business Solutions team. The Sr. PO will consult with Patient Support leadership and report directly to the Director of Business Solutions. Day-to-day collaboration will be required with all members of the staff to ensure the department is able to achieve its objectives. In addition, the Sr. PO will work closely with stakeholders from across the company to develop alignment around business process, technology projects, and implementation. The position will have operational and management responsibilities.

Key Roles/ Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business & IT teams to understand & articulate business needs, translating them into functional requirements and develop an implementation plan
  • Develop knowledge of functional content and business processes across all Access Services functions including Contact center operations on Reimbursement, Medical business & Affordability services provided to patients using CRM, IVR and field reporting
  • Shepherd technological change through implementation and sustainment using the Scaled Agile business methodology, through the role of product ownership extending into Project coordination activities
  • Initiate and maintain issues logs, taking responsibility for identifying and coordinating resolution of all technical and business issues.
  • Support the ongoing development of release governance and lead initiatives, as assigned
  • Effective trouble shooting and always aiming to provide clear root cause analysis taking a long term approach on issues
  • Establish communications with team members, stakeholders, senior management and contacts; communicate project status to stakeholders through routine status reports and meetings
  • Experience with Data Analysis, System Analysis, Business Requirement Gathering and Data Warehousing concepts and extracting, compiling and analyzing data from Salesforce CRM and identifying and interpreting trends or patterns in large/complex data sets
  • Assist in Data migration projects by creating source to target mapping documents and validation of migration by running reports and queries
  • Provide on-going developmental feedback to PMs and BAs, as appropriate

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of professional work experience working on a software or process improvement delivery team;
  • 8+ years of analytical & implementation experience, in pharmaceutical space preferred
  • Must possess in depth experience in the deployment and maintenance of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications
  • Demonstrated capability to manage projects in each stage of life cycle; and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts
  • Demonstrated analysis and problem-solving skills using innovative thinking.
  • Experience with standard project management tools, methodologies and frameworks.
  • JIRA or similar Change Management tool experience required
  • Broad working knowledge and experience with healthcare applications and technology

Desirable for the Role
  • 3+ years of experience working on Qlikview/Power BI or any other business intelligence platform and familiarity with creating and editing reports in Salesforce
  • Capable of generating mock ups for dashboards and reports using pivot tables and pivot charts
  • Ability to prepare Leadership reports using data extracts and turning them into Power point decks on a weekly/monthly basis
