WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a strategic Sr. Product Marketing Manager to help further accelerate Tealium's market leadership in the customer data platform and MarTech space. This role will spearhead efforts to educate the global market on Tealium products. You will work closely with sales leaders and stakeholder groups (product management, customer services, etc.) to develop land-and-expand marketing strategies and messaging that maximize market share.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

    • Involved in delivering an amazing prospect/customer end-to-end journey and experience
    • Serve as an evangelist on Tealium solutions, with an emphasis on value-based messaging and business outcomes
    • Develop product marketing plans that inform the organization and keep projects on schedule
    • Create clear, compelling messaging that uniquely positions Tealium products
    • Translate complex technical information into easily understood, human language
    • Define market opportunities and initiatives based on a deep understanding of the overall MarTech landscape, specific to the needs of enterprise and commercial customers
    • Develop and execute product launch and go-to-market plans for all products based on Tealium's unique value differentiators and relevant strategic business issues
    • Gather and maintain intelligence about key competitors and develop messaging on how to successfully compete against them
    • Perform strategic market analysis and market research
    • Influence the product roadmap through assimilate of inputs from customers, prospects, partners, campaign performance, industry analysts and influencers
    • Partner with Customer Success to uncover customer stories, use cases
    • Create collateral and sales tools, including presentations, messaging, white papers, data sheets, videos, competitive insight, market research and more
    • Provide product and market expertise for trade shows, webinars and seminars
    • Deliver sales training and enablement to internal teams and field sales
    • Articulate product strategy, roadmap and priorities internally and externally

WHAT YOU BRING TO TEALIUM

    • 5+ years of experience in product marketing at a digital marketing or enterprise SaaS company, particularly in MarTech or Data Management/Decision/Delivery tools
    • Entrepreneurial and innovative leader with a strategic mindset
    • Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative high-growth environment
    • Able to flex with high-growth organization
    • Excellent presentation development and delivery skills
    • Small and large event public speaking (virtual and F2F)Exceptional communication, storytelling and writing skills
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing
    • Preferred, but not mandatory: Understanding of Value Selling/Value Standard, Certification in Product Marketing and Vertical or Competitive experience
