RESPONSIBILITIES:

A client with Kforce is seeking a Senior IT Developer/Solution Designer/Tech Lead (Conversational AI) for a remote role. Summary:The Senior IT Developer/Solution Designer will engage in all phases of the software development lifecycle which include: gathering and analyzing user/business system requirements, responding to outages, and creating application system models. The Senior IT Developer/Solution Designer is responsible for documenting detailed system specifications and will participate in evaluating, conducting performance testing, and all planned and unplanned maintenance for both internally developed applications and purchased products. They will participate in design meetings and consult with clients to refine, test and debug programs to meet business needs and interact and sometimes direct third party partners in the achievement of business and technology initiativesResponsibilities include:
  • Code development in ReactJS/Node.js
  • Design/development of REST APIs
  • Design/develop reporting dashboards in data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI
  • Leading a development team involving heavy integrations with multiple other dependency teams


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Mathematics or relevant work experience
  • Relevant Development certifications
  • 8+ years of IT development/programming/coding professional work experience
  • Experience building conversational AI bots on Kore.ai (preferable) or equivalent product
  • Experience building bot for web/native channel
  • Very good understanding of NLU/NLP elements/engines including training/tuning of conversational AI bots
  • Very good understanding of Kore.ai (preferable) or equivalent Conversational AI product/platform
  • Strong experience with relational and No SQL databases and relational SQLs
  • Strong experience with system/technical designs, scalability, performance, load balancing, caching, queuing, logging, alerting, monitoring
  • Knowledge of user/application/service Authentication and Authorization concepts/mechanisms
  • Knowledge of DevOps activities including pipeline deployments
  • Docker, Git and Jenkins experience
  • Openshift experience
  • Basic knowledge of networking, websockets concepts
  • Strong communication, planning, organization, execution, production support and issue/incident management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Various Domain experience; Health Care, Financial, etc
  • Experience using Agile, SAFe, or hybrid methodology
  • Experience building bot for IVR channel
