Opportunity Awaits at Altus Group!
The Senior Account Executive is responsible for developing and growing current customer accounts within a defined geographic region or territory, by building relationships with existing clients to increase their current spend.
Job Duties:
Proactively managing relationships with existing accounts in specified geographic area. This includes:
- Investigating and resolving queries and issues raised by accounts
- Arranging meetings with all relevant decision makers within the customer
- Monitoring incoming orders and ensuring these are fulfilled effectively
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Completing renewal administration for existing customers
Proactively up-selling and cross-selling to existing customers:
- Holding business reviews to assess opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling
- Develop and deliver product solution presentations to all levels of prospects management
- Giving sales presentations to high-level executives
- Creating, negotiating and closing commercial agreements
- Achieving high sales targets and goals as specified on an annual basis
- Respond to RFPs, prepare formal proposals, quotes, and contracts in cooperation with finance and legal groups
Ensure internal company functions contribute to sales success and give the highest level of customer service by:
- Maintain CRM database: Perform accurate data entry of customer profile, customer updates & any account activity in a timely and consistent manner
- Holding regular meetings with internal stakeholders about key accounts
- Collaborating with Sales team to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with Product Managers to deliver improvements in products by feeding back all suggestions for improvement and market research.
Job Requirements:
- Historical success of meeting or exceeding quotas and targets
- Sales experience with cloud or SaaS technology and/or Understanding of CRE industry
- Experience with a CRM such as NetSuite and Salesforce is an asset
- Excellent communication skills - written, oral, reporting, diagrams and presentations
- Customer service orientation
- Knowledge of the ARGUS suite of products
- Strong negotiation skills
- Travel as required
Pay Range:
$145,000 - $150,000
Pay range reflected will be in the currency of the primary job location. Talent Acquisition will provide local pay range upon request. Pay range listed above may not reflect total compensation.
