Software Engineering Associate
As a Software Engineering Associate in this contingent resource assignment, you will actively participate in low to moderately complex initiatives. Your role involves identifying opportunities for process improvements within software engineering. You'll review and analyze basic or tactical software engineering assignments, focusing on low-to-medium risk deliverables. Additionally, you'll provide recommendations for resolving moderately complex situations, exercising independent judgment while developing an understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Your interactions with client personnel will be crucial in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives.
- Identify process improvement opportunities within software engineering.
- Review and analyze basic or tactical software engineering assignments.
- Conduct research, evaluate alternatives, and make informed selections.
- Present recommendations for resolving moderately complex situations.
- Develop an understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- 2+ years of software engineering experience.
- Equivalent expertise demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military service, or education.
