Position Description: O&M Operations SLA Manager
Requirements:
- An active secret security clearance
- Deep O&M experience; knows and understands O&M metrics, operations, firewall, cloud, etc.
- Experience developing, categorizing, and tracking IT metrics at an agency level (could also have experience from private industry or SLG)
- Understanding of AQLs, can conduct research into IT metrics and build them
- Experience with creating metrics that relate to monitoring network degradation, availability.
- Conduct research into IT Metrics and provide strategic directions on vendor performance metrics and benchmarking
- Have an understanding of what is needed to keep the agency network available and how all the IT systems interact
- Working knowledge of Tableau
