RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Glendale, CA that is seeking a Senior Workday Payroll Specialist.Responsibilities:- Processing of on demand checks
- Processing and management of US tax compliance for reported filings
- Processing of US payroll; At least in regards to new hires and terminations, LOAs, etc.
- Provides support for employment verifications and unemployment claims
- Act as a secondary support to US payroll and Canadian payroll when needed on an ad hoc basis
- Perform other payroll related duties and projects as assigned
- Research, analyze, and resolve payroll-related problems
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience managing payroll and knowledge
- 3+ years of Workday Payroll/HCM experience
- ADP workforce Now experience
- Experience supporting close to 3,000 employees
- Knowledge of Payroll ticketing system to respond to employee requests
- Exceptional analytical and math skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
