What You Need for this Position Experience as a Senior Superintendent/Lead Superintendent
Experience with one or more of the following projects: multifamily residential, commercial, green building, hospitality, modular, and/or senior living
Experience with ground up construction
General Contractor, Construction Manager, or Design-Build firm experience
Proficiency in Procore, scheduling software MS Project / P6 (Plus)
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering (Plus)
What You Will Be Doing Study and understand the contract documents (plans, specifications, and Owner Contractor Agreement) to properly execute work
Organize and lead the division of work among the on-site team
Review the subcontractor scopes of work, and coordinate with Project Manager (PM)
Develop and implement site planning, logistics, build strategy and procedures for work execution
Maintain a master deficiency log
Document the program in the company software
Maintain an on-site copy of the record of documents, including drawings, specifications, submittals, and As-Built drawings
In coordination with PM/Project Engineer (PE), implement a process for submittal review and approval and implement a process for requesting clarifications/information (RFI)
Develop and implement a plan for Jobsite housekeeping, temporary heat, enclosures, power and lighting, material storage, handling and hoisting, and vertical movement (cranes, ladders, stairs, lifts)
Partner with the team to develop a plan for labor, equipment, budget, material inventory and control, code tracking and management, implement, inspect and stormwater
