Senior Software Engineering Manager, Gaming Native

DraftKings is seeking to hire a Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead the multiple Gaming Native teams. This team is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the native mobile application of the Sportsbook and Casino product lines. We expect this manager to work closely with the different teams' current Maangers, Technical Leads, Delivery Managers, Product Managers, and Designers while owning the sportsbook native engineering roadmap and providing career guidance to the team.
What you'll do as a Senior Software Engineering Manager:

• You will lead and manage multiple teams of engineers to support our Sportsbook and Casino mobile applications.
  
• Grow the managers of your teams through career management and feedback.
  
• Drive technical discovery through collaboration with your managers, technical leads, engineers, and the larger Sportsbook and Casino organizations.
  
• Drive balancing the Sportsbook mobile roadmap between all the Sportsbook native teams.
  
• Participate in recruiting and interviewing.
  

What you'll bring:

• 8 + years of experience working in a software environment at a large scale
  
• Experience managing multiple teams of engineers
  
• Experience working in a cross-platform mobile stack (Xamarin, React Native) or native mobile stack (Swift/Obj-C, Java/Kotlin)
  
• Experience in mobile application development, Agile development and SDLC, and mobile app release processes.
  
• Experience working with stakeholders to drive product and technical roadmap
  

This position can sit in either the Boston office or remote; however, this work is to be performed entirely outside of Colorado.
