The Position

  • Responsible for understanding business problems and designing solutions on Sitecore, an enterprise product platform
  • Interpret how to best apply the out of the box product to provide a solution, including finding alternative approaches that best leverage the platform
  • Use Agile techniques as part of a larger, cross-functional team
  • Implement the Sitecore Platform to solve customer needs, including but not limited to: DXP, CMS, xDB, Content Hub, personalization, cloud migrations, CICD via Azure, CDN, analytics, and more
  • Learn new platform capabilities and clouds to stay on top of the ever-growing product ecosystem
  • General understanding of CMS best practices and applying them to real-world situations
Position Requirements
  • Ability to implement, troubleshoot, creatively solve for and build Sitecore focused solutions that lead to client satisfaction
  • Ability to customize workflows and integration with other enterprise systems
  • Understanding of the declarative limits of the platform and knowledge of where and how code should be developed
  • Have implemented intermediate-level user stories with little or no additional oversight according to the enterprise products best practices
  • Experience developing applications, templates, and components for the Sitecore product
  • Development background and experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS\, and Visual Studio
  • Occasional travel as needed by client
  • Sitecore Developer Certifications a plus
