ECS is seeking a Senior Organizational Transformation Consultant to work in our Arlington, VA office.

ECS is seeking a Senior Organizational Transformation Consultant with a strong organizational change background to work at our Arlington, VA office with the option for routine remote work. This role will entail working closely with our federal cybersecurity client to craft and implement org change strategies and plans that enable adoption of planned changes. This role requires advisory and hands-on organizational change experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Apply structured methodologies and lead change management initiatives across a cybersecurity organization; helping to bridge the gap from current to future state
  • Develop approach and conduct current state analysis that examines various elements of the organization
  • Develop and conduct change impact and change readiness assessments
  • With the support of the strategic communications consultant, advise on the design and delivery of key change management communication initiatives and deliverables; provide input into stakeholder engagement strategies/plans
  • Develop and assess change efficacy using quantitative and qualitative methods
  • Facilitate strategy discussions and translate content into relevant and actionable deliverables
  • Coach and mentor resources on organizational and communication practices; serve as a change advocate and educator
Required Skills:
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Major in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development preferred
  • 11+ years of progressive professional experience across the domains of communications, organizational change management, and project management
  • Experience executing organization-wide change initiatives against various change models to include defining a roadmap, coordinating resources, and managing implementation activities
  • Experience influencing executive leadership and setting expectations for cross functional initiatives
  • Demonstratable experience in defining and executing change management assessments to include current state, change readiness, and change effectiveness
  • Demonstrable experience translating strategic concepts into action plans and implementing initiatives at an operational level
Desired Skills:
  • Change management certification
  • Experience developing change maturity models
  • Experience developing organizational operating models
  • Experience crafting and operationalizing a communication and organizational change strategy in the federal government
