RESPONSIBILITIES:
A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Senior Memory Analog IC Design Engineers in Austin, Texas (TX).Summary:We are working directly with the Hiring Manager on this exclusive search assignment. This company offers a competitive compensation package including base salary and stock/RSU's. The Senior Memory Analog IC Design Engineer will report to the Senior Director of Design. As a key member of the design team, you will work on innovative next generation Memory IC products. This position is partial remote. The candidate must reside in the Austin, TX greater area.Responsibilities Include:- Work with analog team members for memory array design, understanding array bias requirements, and developing the architecture
- Hands-on work and ownership of multiple analog circuit building blocks, such as sense amplifiers, write and word line drivers, charge pumps, bandgaps, op-amps, voltage regulators, IO drivers and receivers, oscillators, power supply detectors, and current distribution networks
- Senior Analog IC Design Engineers will drive low power, low noise design techniques, high precision bias techniques in presence of device mismatch, and process variation
- Work with product and test engineers for test plans and reviewing lab test results to drive bug fixes and yield improvements
- Run analog design verification flows (e.g., spice, fast-spice, electromigration, IR drop, aging, etc.) to verify a design is ready for tape-out
- Senior Analog IC Design Engineers will document design simulation and verification for formal design reviews
- Support layout designers and drive final layout through post-layout and top-level simulations to validate top-level integration
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science or similar field; Master's degree preferred
- 5-10+ years of Analog IC Design experience
- Memory IC Design experience such as any of the following: SRAM, DRAM, TRAM, MRAM, DDR, DRAM, FLASH, EEPROM, etc.
- Will also look at candidates with I/O design or High speed I/O design in lieu of Memory design
- Experience in analog circuit design with a proven track record of bias circuits/system design from client
- Deep understanding of transistor operation, device physics, and analog design techniques
- Memory array design experience
- Strong circuit analysis skills (e.g., AC/DC/Transient circuit analysis, small signal circuit techniques, feedback compensation, statistics, etc.)
- Must have strong communication skills and be a team player
- Keeps commitments; Inspires the trust of others; Works with integrity
- Knowledge of memory interface protocols, such as SPI and DDR, and Cadence tools preferred but not required
- Experience with Memory array design is a plus
- Sense Amplifier design experience is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
