About Walmart E2E Finance and Transformation

The E2E Finance and Transformation team performs an important role in transforming our U.S Operations and Supply Chain Finance program to support digital acceleration and projects that improve the way our business operates. Reporting directly to the Head of E2E Finance and Transformation, this Senior Manager II will help lead the optimization of processes across the function and redefine how Finance supports the business in achieving near-term and long-term goals. You will work side-by-side with senior leadership across Operations and Supply Chain to deliver better processes for finance. You will be visible to executive leadership within Walmart U.S. and the Operations and Supply Chain Finance Teams they lead.

How you'll make an impact:

• Lead change management activities for our process improvement by engaging leadership and their teams to institute better finance workflows across multiple groups and geographies
• Recommend business process changes based on experience, analysis, best practices and Best-In-Class standards
• Collaborate with multiple internal/external partners to lead finance transformation efforts
• Improve complex processes and complete process mapping for Finance Teams
• Build a roadmap and prioritize process changes based on cost benefit analysis, dependencies with other programs, and organizational bandwidth
• Develop performance metrics to measure the impact of process changes and their success

What you'll bring:

• You have 5-7+ years leading FP&A teams or leading process improvement/engineering projects.
• You have experience across FP&A, finance process design and process mapping.
• You are a pro with automation in financial systems enhancements and tools implementation.
• You navigate well in large organizations and complex operations.
• You have process implementations with Agile/Lean/Six Sigma or related approaches.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area.
1 year's experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
1 year's supervisory experience.
