Position Summary...

What you'll do...

As the Senior Manager I, Health and Wellness Privacy, you will be responsible for directing the consistency of compliance and ethics with your Health & Wellness business partners by responding to compliance questions and issues; identifying, reporting, and addressing compliance gaps and concerns; and drafting and updating policies and standard operating procedures with input from leadership.

You'll make an impact by:

• Supporting the development and maintenance of Walmart Health and Wellness Privacy compliance standards and procedures by reacting to relevant changes in laws and policy
• Serving as a point of contact for questions related to HIPAA/health care privacy regulations or policies
• Providing targeting training and communications to reinforce relevant policies and standards
• Collaborating with operations, legal, compliance, security, and other relevant teams to develop relationships, establish effective and consistent communications, and ensure continued improvement of the healthcare privacy program

• You are action-oriented, resourceful, and approachable while also having the ability to influence and lead change, based on your experience and network
• You are a subject matter expert in compliance concepts, with specific experience managing healthcare privacy regulations

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 3 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 5 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area. 1 years' supervisory experience. 3 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
