What You Will Be Doing -Work directly with the leadership team to align with company goals and initiatives.
-Create and manage full team sprint plans, manage roadmap and master production schedule
-Take guidance from Design, Art, Production and others with a focus on understanding our players and the game experience.
Run production meetings to ensure effective communication of goals, tasks, progress, and blockers.
Ensure releases are run on time and on budget
Align LiveOps schedules with upcoming policy changes from the platforms
Write, or collaborate on writing, detailed documents (Business Requirements Documents, Product Requirements Documents and/or Specs) for all sizes of features.
Stay current with trends in gaming, especially in idle. Identify growth, monetization, and design patterns that can be applied to our own products.
What You Need for this Position At least 3 years of experience in a Senior Producer Role
At least 7 years experience managing a game team
At least 10 years experience in mobile, free to play games
