Slalom is looking for an experienced Senior Director, Transformation for its End-to-End Solutionsgroup in Chicago. This new team will build end to end solutions for and with our clients, and work with our internal teams to understand capability sets and industry trends need to support true transformation. This team will create a solution playbook that our sales and client teams can use to showcase the Slalom approach to solving client problems holistically.

What You'll Do

• As a Senior Director with Slalom Chicago, you will be responsible for leading the development, growth, and quality execution of our transformation capabilities across multiple, executive level clients

• Develop a Transformation Playbook that our sales and industry teams can utilize when selling end to end solutions with our clients.

• Leverage your expertise and leadership to help shape and guide our practice offerings through a combination of business development, solution development, leading engagements, and diving into delivery when necessary

• Play a pivotal part in ensuring we develop our people across the practice through inspiration, coaching, people management, and identifying critical skills to grow professionally

• Be responsible for utilization, and drive revenue outcomes with our team of 30M+

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years of experience in developing and delivering complex transformational programs, and leading and training a team.

• Resilient leader with a start-up mindset; comfortable with ambiguity, building from scratch, and thriving in a matrixed organization.

• Proven history of leveraging and growing existing client base, organic business development, and acquiring new customers.

• Proven history of meeting and exceeding sales/revenue targets.

• Ability to communicate clearly and present to executives.

• Ability to assess and leverage strengths of a diverse group of people to maximize team performance, and proven success growing people.

• Business operations experience (e.g., invoicing, SOW, margins, utilization).
