Summary:
This position is responsible for leading and achieving Tyson Foods annual operating plan AOP including financial objectives trade spend and sales volume/ Revenue growth for the Retail Value Added Poultry category at Walmart Inc. This individual is responsible for leading and building strong, effective partnerships with key Walmart stakeholders within multiple departments, including WM Merchandising, WM Private Label Sourcing, WM Replenishment, WM FSQA as the core relationship manager for the Frozen Value Added Poultry category. This position will also work directly with various internal cross-functional partners within Tyson Foods i.e. Business Unit, Sales Strategy & Planning, Supply Demand planning, Customer Service and Marketing Analytics teams to deliver growth and financial results.
Responsibilities include:
joint growth planning across assigned categories, leading line review process for innovation and category growth, promotional (Comac) planning & execution, forecasting/supply plan, and conducting regular business reviews internally and externally. In addition, the role coordinates and leads the execution of replenishment strategies with CPFR team and engaging internal and external retail teams for flawless retail execution. The Sr. CDM must properly manage and resolve all trade-related deductions and or payments. The Sr. CDM must utilize KPIs coming from Walmart systems (Luminate, Retail Link, Supplier One, etc) to influence Walmart Merchants to win-win strategies. In addition, this position uses Nielsen and other data sources to report Market Share and category performance with Walmart or Tyson leadership.
