Senior Cost Estimator Analyst

ECS is seeking a Senior Cost Estimator Analyst to work in our Metro DC area Hybrid Remote office. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

Job Description:

ECS is seeking to hire a Senior Cost Estimator Analyst to join us in supporting Veterans Health Administration's (VHA) VA Logistics Redesign (VALOR) Program in support of Supply Chain modernization efforts within the PMO.

Salary Range: 115,000-120,000

Duties include:

• Performs cost analysis with responsibility for analyzing a variety of proposed program/project activities. Tasks may include developing Program Life Cycle Cost Estimates, cost models and estimating relationships, assisting in the conduct.
• of cost-benefit and business case analyses; and preparing and presenting PowerPoint presentations, process summary.
• reports, meeting minutes/notes, and other program management documentation. Provides technical and cost.
• analytical support in the development and coordination of a wide range of program and technical documentation.
• Conduct the analysis of requirements, processes, and products throughout the full acquisition life cycle in support of business, information, and financial capabilities.
• Ensure progress and execution through requirements development, program planning, and performance management.
• Devises or modifies procedures and uses a variety of tools to solve difficult problems.
• Provides consultation on projects and is a specialist in all phases of systems and cost analysis.

This is a hybrid role at client side (at least 3 days per week).

Required Skills:

• Min Education: BA/BS degree.
• Min Years of Experience: 8 Years.
• federal budget and compliance experience.

Desired Skills:

• Master's degree.
• VA Experience.
• VA budget experience.
• Consulting Experience.
