RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client, a well-established and highly respected Regional CPA firm located in Boston, MA is seeking a Senior Audit Associate - Cryptocurrency, Blockchain, & Digital Assets - Fully Remote. This client offers great company culture, benefits package, work/life balance a great place to grow, exceed goals and give back.Responsibilities:- Senior Audit Associate will direct the day-to-day activities of audit engagements of clients in a variety of industries, including SEC registrants
- Identify and communicate accounting and auditing issues to managers and partners
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex accounting and auditing concepts
- Interact with clients to help ensure the information flow from the client to the audit team is efficient
- As a Senior Audit Associate, you will develop productive relationships with client personnel
- Use technology to continually learn and enhance service delivery
- Develop Audit staff through effective delegation and guidance on engagements
- Provide developmental performance feedback to audit staff
REQUIREMENTS:
- BA/BS degree in Accounting, CPA preferred
- Minimum three years of current and/or recent audit experience in public accounting
- Experience working with Financial Institutions and/or Crypto industry clients
- Demonstrated supervisory experience
- Applied working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and accounting procedures
- Demonstrated ability to meet challenging client requirements
- Ability and willingness to travel
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
