Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their growin team! You'll handle month-end and year-end closings, reconcile accounts, and prepare financial statements. Collaborate with departments to apply accounting policies and support annual inventory. Plus, you'll assist with budgets, financial analysis, and other ad hoc tasks to keep their operations running smoothly.

• Execute month-end and year-end closure processes
• Compile financial statements, encompassing Balance Sheets and Income Statements.
• Conduct reconciliations of General Ledger accounts and investigate any disparities.
• Craft journal entries with precise coding for General Ledger accounts, departments, divisions, and project expenses.
• Maintain monthly schedules for amortization of expenses and revenues.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies identified.
• Manage data on fixed assets and depreciation for accurate bookkeeping.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of Sales Tax returns.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• SAP/ERP Expereince Required
• Public Accounting Experience (+)
