Job Title: Scrum Master - Cloud Transformation and Agile Leadership

Location: Cincinnati, OH/San Jose, CA/Chicago, IL/Portland, OR/Charlotte, NC/Boca Raton, FL

Duration: 6 Months contract

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced servant leader and agile coach to guide a cross-functional team through complex and transformative work in the domains of Security, Data, and Networking. The ideal candidate will be a champion of agile methodologies, facilitating our Scrum and/or Kanban teams as they implement cutting-edge technology solutions. This role is pivotal in driving continuous improvement, ensuring quality, and delivering timely results.

Key Qualifications:

• Extensive Scrum Master experience in a complex, large-scale enterprise environment.
• Versatile agile experience, having served in roles such as quality assurance, development, product owner, or agile coach.
• Deep understanding of agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to coach and mentor teams to their full potential.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work effectively with diverse personality types.
• High-level technical comprehension and the ability to communicate agile practices within the organization.
• Outstanding communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Guide and motivate the team to enhance productivity.
• Lead Scrum ceremonies and manage the team's scope, timeline, quality, goals, and deliverables.
• Remove impediments and foster an environment where issues can be raised constructively.
• Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
• Report on progress and success, coordinating with other teams across the program.
• Support the Product Owner and engage in the Scrum of Scrums.
• Drive the team's maturity and accountability through agile principles and best practices.
• Empower the team to self-organize and make appropriate commitments.
