Your role: If you are a curious mind, come join the Global Regulatory and Scientific Policy Team to shape the regulatory policy environment by actively engaging externally and internally. You will coordinate overall R&D engagement with Trade Associations, Health Authorities, and other key stakeholders to drive US and global Regulatory reform. You will be able to provide Regulatory Science/Policy and Intelligence insights for priority projects and build and leverage stakeholder relationships internally by cross-functional engagement within R&D and beyond.

Who you are:

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor Level education in healthcare related field
  • 5+years of experience in drug development/regulatory in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry
  • Knowledge of drug development process/FDA/ICH regulations and processes
  • Understanding/experience in policy development and implementation

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with multi-stakeholder advocacy initiatives
  • Demonstrated leadership (internal and external)
  • Understanding of relvant regional legislative processes and intersection with regulatory requirements
  • Experience with Trade Associations
  • Ability to interact with senior management in matrix organization
  • Ability to work in intense, fast paced, matrixed, multinational work environment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with government officials and thought leaders
  • Teamwork orientation and interpersonal astuteness
  • Personal adaptability and initiative
