Job Details:

Responsibility: This position is responsible for operating a saw to cut parts and parts missing WOGs and front halves into useable pieces.

• This person is required to have saw operator training

• This person is responsible for operating a saw and for cutting up WOGs and front halves brought to them by the Saw Attendant at speed of at least 10 per minute into front halves & leg qtrs
• Pick birds weighing up to 8 pounds from container to saw workstation.
• This person inspects each part brought to them and makes a decision on what parts to cut out of it, placing parts into container at workstation

Equipment: Saw, Mesh Cut Gloves, armadillos, hairnet/beardnets, smocks, apron, gloves, hearing protection

Other Duties:

Work as directed by supervisor

REQUIREMENTS:

Three (3) months of work history preferred. Applicants will be considered from the following counties in Arkansas: Washington, Benton, and Madison. They will also be considered from McDonald County in Missouri.

Rehire consideration:

• Max of 2 previous Tyson employments.
• 180 days (6 months) waiting period.
