Baer is looking for SAP FSCM Functional Lead for a 12+ month Remote project.

Title: SAP FSCM Functional Lead
Location: Remote (Must be based in US) + Travel to IL or NJ
Duration: 12+ Months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 Only (C2C Not Permitted)

Description:

• Provide deep expertise in SAP S/4 Collections & Credit Management module.
• Understand and analyze business requirements to design and implement SAP FSCM solutions.
• Lead and participate in workshops, design sessions, and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP FSCM functionalities based on best practices and business needs.
• Collaborate with technical teams for custom developments, integrations, and enhancements.
• Ensure successful deployment of SAP FSCM solutions with minimal disruption to business operations.
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs, provide recommendations, and gain buy-in for proposed solutions.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and business units, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP FSCM solutions, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and performance optimization.
• Conduct regular system audits and reviews to ensure compliance with best practices, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users and support teams on SAP FSCM functionalities, processes, and best practices.
• Create documentation, user guides, and training materials to facilitate smooth adoption of SAP FSCM solutions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in SAP FSCM with a focus on S/4 Collections & Credit Management.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, credit management, and collections.
• Proven track record of leading SAP FSCM implementations, upgrades, and support projects.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• SAP certification in FSCM or related modules is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
