•Perform cleaning and sanitation activities according to Master Sanitation Schedules for the facility packaging machinery

•Understand and demonstrate the Company's core values and operating principles

Perform other duties as assigned to support Ferrara Candy Company business objectives.

• Demonstrated knowledge of efficient and safe manufacturing operations to include product and associate safety, product quality (success rates), throughout delivery and cost control (minimizing downtime and waste, optimizing yield)

Experiences that will support your success

-Minimum of 2 years sanitation experience in the food-industry preferred

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals

• Basic knowledge of HACCP, ISO food safety and GMP principles
