Salesforce Technical Project Manager

Antea USA, Inc. (Antea®Group) is seeking an experienced SalesforceTechnical Project Manager that will focus on managing a variety of technical and software implementation projects. The primary platform will be Salesforce. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized with experience successfully managing IT and/or software-related projects and implementations. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with various technologies and have visibility across all levels of the organization.
Based on location, this position can be remote or hybrid with limited travel.

Essential Functions may include but are not limited to:

• Drive the development and implementation of key corporate and commercial software projects
• Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders, leadership, project managers, project teams, and clients to explore, assess and document project requirements
• Manage strategy and continuous improvement plan for all applications on the Salesforce platform
• Develop project plans including creating and ensuring adherence to timelines
• Identify and communicate project risks and impacts and propose risk mitigation options
• Assist with organizational change management processes to ensure project success
• Define Agile practices and protocols for the team; help them to understand and implement them.
• Manage and drive Agile backlog for various projects
• Responsible for project delivery, schedules, resources, and budgets
• Manage technical support for the implementation of these projects
• Communicate project updates to the organization

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of relevant post-education experience working in software development or IT project management. Demonstrate ability to manage people and multiple projects simultaneously.
• A strong, influential communicator who is articulate and concise. Someone who can demonstrate success interacting with senior management both in the business and corporate functions as well as the Operations and Technology environments.
• Experience in working on and managing Agile projects
• Familiar with Salesforce and Force.com platform
• Thorough knowledge of testing lifecycle, methodologies, and industry-standard testing tools.
• Familiar with software management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.
• Experience with Financial Force, MS Power Platform and Azure are a plus
• SAFe/Scrum certifications are a plus

Physical Requirements / Work Environment - Maintain physical condition appropriate to the performance of assigned duties and responsibilities, which may include the following:

• Sedentary to light work (typical office or administrative work)
• Frequently required to stand, sit and walk for extended periods of time
• Occasional lifting and carrying of low (under 25lbs) to moderate (25-49lbs) weight objects
• Repetitive motions: substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers (including reaching)
• Subject to inside environmental conditions (protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature change)
• Operation of a motor vehicle
