Lineage Logistics is seeking a enthusiastic and motivated Salesforce.com Administrator to join our growing team! The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for supporting, developing and optimizing Lineage's Salesforce Org. and be responsible for managing all the Salesforce day-to-day administrative functions. The Salesforce Administrator will address the configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of the platform in a complex Salesforce environment, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and third-party applications.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Participate in the technical design, development and implementation of custom functionality and applications on the Salesforce platform.
• Provide day-to-day end-user support including troubleshooting issues, training users, system maintenance, configuration, maintaining profiles, sharing and data security.
• Identify business risks, inefficiencies, issues, and opportunities related to Salesforce
• Perform administrator functions such as user management, profiles, roles, permissions, rules, assignment rules, queues, licenses, capacity, and development of reports and dashboards.
• Design, document, build, test and deploy enhancements to Salesforce custom objects, page layouts, workflows, flows, processes reports and complex dashboards within Salesforce.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and corresponding documentation and provide new functionalities and solutions as needed.

Required Education and Experience

• Curious, enthusiastic, and passionate about using Salesforce and cloud technologies to deliver value for stakeholders and drive business transformation.
• Trailhead Ranger with Super Badges!
• BS/MS in a computer discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of experience administering Salesforce.
• Salesforce Administrator certification (Advanced Administrator or Platform App Developer certifications would be a bonus).
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform including configuration, and declarative development tools.
