A reputable client of ours is looking for someone to join their team as a Sales Support Analyst! You would be responsible for, but not limited to the following:
Document Preparations : Prepares contract, leases, loans and other financials agreements and liaises with relevant parties. Ensures contact structure and pricing structure meet requirements.
Customer Relationships : Act as primary point of contact by phone and via email with customers and partners to address documentation, transactions, policies, etc. Contacts vendors/dealers for missing application data and/or to clarify ambiguous application data. Serves as the primary point of contact for vendor/dealer calls and resolves issues/concerns.
Problem Resolution Facilitation : Works with customers/vendors to address any problem/issue and coordinates resolution with appropriate internal department.
Contract Activation / Booking and Funding : Fund and book transactions in accordance with processing standards and authority. Authorizes contract activation and vendor dealer payment within authority.
Service Delivery Confirmation : Confirms delivery and acceptance of equipment with vendors/customers.
UCC Filing and Lien Searches : Files UCCs, send PMSI letters, initiates lien searches and when necessary obtains subordination agreements.
Pricing : Calculates and validates pricing within established BU policies/procedures.
Projects : Responsible for participating in, coordinating and/or leading projects within the team. Serve as the SSR Team subject matter expert for cross functional projects.
Continuous Improvement : Proactively identify areas of improvement within the function and propose solutions to the management team.
Compliance : Adhere to compliance policies/procedures. Obtain necessary information to clear KYC/CAMS/OFAC etc. requirements.
