Based in beautiful Los Altos, CA we are a rapid growth security start up!

Our Founders are two ex-Cisco engineers with an idea. They built and launched our product in their garage as a free, open source service.

Within 1 year almost every Fortune 100 company in the country was using it, we closed LinkedIn as a paid-subscriber, and we closed our Series A.

Since then we've hired 50 people and added some HUGE clients, such as Roblox, Zoom, Uber, Robinhood, Wayfair, Bank of America and Booking,com. We've been live for 18 months.

Our product scours the internet by searching 3 million+ domains per day for fraudulent brand-imitators, then takes down over 90% of them within 24 hours.

We just closed another funding round for $18MM with a total of 2 investors, and are working with the ZScaler Advisor who scaled them to a billion dollar company.

Due to growth, we are actively hiring a Sales Ops Manager with 3+ years of experience and a strong background with Salesforce and Analytics.

The right candidate will be analytical and very comfortable creating dashboards and reports.

The right candidate will also be very comfortable with Salesforce, and will be able to create rules, restrictions, and fields in Salesforce.

You will be reporting up to their VP of Finance, and working with 4 Account Executives, the VP of Sales, 2 Solutions Engineers, and 1 Channels Sales Rep.

What You Will Be Doing - Work as a subject matter expert on business processes and systems
- Work closely with sales team on process and policy
- Own and manage day-to-day deal approval processes
- Own reporting on sales pipeline and conversions, which includes meeting with sales teams and cross-functional partners
- Spearhead and project manage implementations
